Mix 2 oz of Base Breaker Original or Cool with 2 oz of 20 Volume (6%) Veroxide.
Mix vigorously. Use a wide application brush, or use a bottle for a fast application.
Apply quickly and thoroughly to dry or towel-dried, natural hair.
For a retouch application, apply to regrowth only. Process for 10 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and condition.
