Shipping policy

 

All orders placed on our website are processed, packed and shipped with the utmost care from our dedicated warehouse in Berkshire.

Please note: we only deliver to the United Kingdom at the current time.

Delivery details

  • The delivery of the purchased items can only take place to the postal address specified by the Customer when placing the order.
  • Your order will be made available for shipment within 2/3 working days from the date of completed payment in line with your payment terms.
  • Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.
  • Any complaints, returns, or refund requests must be emailed to orders@laceys.bizno later than 24 hours from receipt of delivery, indicating the order number, the reason for the complaint/return, and accompanying photographic evidence where required.
  • Laceys Hair & Beauty cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by 3rd party couriers. 
  • Delivery is free of chargefor orders over £100. Free delivery does not apply to some bulky items such as furniture.
  • For orders under £100 in total, delivery charges will be calculated and added to the order at checkout.
  • The standard delivery charge to mainland UK locations is £10.00.
  • Delivery surcharges apply to some regions of the UK, please see our surcharges table at the end of this policy.

 

Unavailability of items

On rare occasions, a Customer might be able to order an item that subsequently becomes unavailable before the order is processed.

In this event, the Customer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, by email or telephone, and offered an alternative product or refund.

**Delivery to the Channel Islands can take up to 7 days.

Our right of refusal

Laceys Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel, at its own discretion, the delivery or fulfilment of any of the obligations deriving from the sales contract, in the event of alleged fraud, default or violation by the Customer of obligations assumed towards Laceys Hair & Beauty with previous orders and / or sales contracts.
